Haneulgil — Privacy Policy

Haneulgil operates under ValueWave’s global Privacy Policy. This page adds the app-specific details.

What we collect and process

• User progress: your mode (Wonder / Explorer / Wisdom) and exploration progress are stored locally by default. With iCloud sync enabled they stay within your own iCloud.
• External astronomy data: anonymous requests are made to NASA APOD, NEO, EPIC, Mars Rover, JPL Horizons, and similar public APIs. No personally identifying information is sent.

External services

• NASA / JPL public APIs: used for astronomical data; only anonymous requests are sent.
• Google Gemini API: some AI-guided features send your query text to Google for processing under their policies.
• iCloud: data stays inside your own iCloud per your iCloud settings.

Data deletion

Removing the app deletes its local data. iCloud data is managed by you directly in iCloud.
